The Weil group of a two-dimensional local field

I will speak on class field theory in higher dimensions,
following Kato and Parshin. Given a sufficiently strong cohomological
version of class field theory, I will explain how to construct a Weil
group at every finite level, following the method of Artin-Tate. I
will focus on the case of a 2-local field.
