“How small can an Laplace eigenfunction be in a small set?”
In this talk, we pedagogically survey some old results around the question, and discuss some new control results for fractional Laplacians, and their application in evolution equations. Those are joint works with Perry Kleinhenz (Illinois State), and with Jian Wang (IHÉS).
