Combinatorial Nullstellensatz

In this talk, I’ll prove Noga Alon’s modification to Hilbert’s Nullstellensatz and apply this algebraic result to a variety of seemingly unrelated problems in graph theory and additive combinatorics. If this does not fill the allotted time, I will entertain you combinatorially or otherwise until the pizza is finished.
