Event description:
We study the problem of transiency and recurrency
of branching Brownian motion (BM) on Riemannian manifolds.
A branching process is called recurrent if at least
one offspring will return to any neighbouhood of initial
point with probability 1 and transient otherwise.
For a transient BM on a hyperbolic case with an inhomogeneous
branching rate the Hausdorff dimension of the attractor on
the absolute is evaluated.
