Automorphic Forms on Loop Groups

We will give an overview of the theory of automorphic forms on arithmetic quotients of loop groups. We will discuss fundamental domains, convergence of Eisenstein series, Maass-Selberg relations, and as time allows, theta series, the Siegel-Weil theorem, and applications to algebraic geometry.
